| Why did you choose to compete? | Boat broke boom off Newcastle last time. Maybe 2nd time lucky. | |
| Expectations: | Long lonely nights, great sunrises and lots of time to think. | |
| Looking forward to: | Getting there and partying. I heard from all the other sailors last time, they all said how fantastic the host club and volunteers were. I have never been to Japen I plan to travel around a lot. | |

| Favourite sailing experience: | The last Melbourne-Vanuatu 2 handed race was hard but very enjoyable. It flet like I had achieved a goal I had set and had fun. | |
| Sailing Achievements: | Cruised the Australian east coast for many years on mulithulls. Raced on keel boats Melb-Hobart, Melb-Launceston, Melb-Stanley and any Bass Strait crossing is always exciting. Enjoy social club racing last 8 years. Plan to compete in Syd-Hobart this year. | |
| Additional Comments: | Love sailing, you never stop learning, every time I think I have it worked out, nature teaches me another lesson. So now I have to try again. |
