2003 marks the 25th anniversary of the Sister City relationship between the City of Osaka and the City of Melbourne. The Port of Osaka and the Port of Melbourne have been sister ports since 1974 and the OSAKA CUP 2003 will start from the Port of Melbourne, the biggest container port in the southern hemisphere.
